As a matter of fact, not only does this service work well on Chromebooks, it technically isn’t yet even available for Windows users! Technically speaking, this is all working via the Android app that is largely meant for Android phones and tablets, but with Chromebooks being the Swiss Army Knife of the computing world, it isn’t really surprising that we can already take advantage of the service on our Chromebooks right now. With their clear and unwavering inclusion of Chromebooks in the entire process, Google made it a point that game streaming on Chrome OS was set to be a great experience. While I once thought Android would help to solve that problem, it’s only been a mildly-effective salve since developers seem to still largely ignore the larger-screened, keyboard/mouse-possessing Chromebook platform. I’m not exactly a hardcore gamer or anything, but I always wished there were a few more options for Chromebooks than just web-based games.
